Guadalupe’s valley

Prepare to go through the heart of Guadalupe’s valley, we will start by visiting Baron Balche, a young winery that has not spared in cost nor the quality in the production of its wines, situated to the north of this valley and surrounded by fruitful trees which are a sign of how fertile the soil is. You will be surprised by the amazing taste of its wines which you will taste in their subterranean room surrounded by French oak barrels.

Our next stop would be Adobe De Guadalupe, where besides being able to taste their exquisite wines you will be able to discover the concept of what “Bed And Breakfast” Is all about as it is the first vineyard to offer this service in the region; this winery specializes in blends and labeling its production with the name Archangels.

You can tour the facilities only if they’re not occupied by the guests.

From there we will departure to our last visit “Bibayoff”, a vineyard owned by one of the Russian families that arrived in the valley between 1904-05, with a quaint museum of its ancestors they have decided to show why they claim to be the pioneers of planting vines in the region with a very rich proposal which you will be able to find in the wine tasting room accompanied by cheese of the region.

This tour lasts approximately 5 hours. It includes transportation outside of Ensenada, wine tasting on all three wineries, bilingual guide (English - Spanish). The departure time is at 10:00 AM
